BK is a decent coach, but he just isn't a good fit at LSU or any SEC school! He doesn't know how to coach players to want to eat their own guts and ask for seconds! I think Lincoln Riley would have been a good hire at LSU. He’s not a good fit for USCw.
As for Kelly and Fisher, both were over priced bad hires.

What coach with any level of self worth would agree to a three year contract?
"Hey, let me make it really easy for you to fire me if things go bad."
Even everyone's new beloved Cignetti's contract is for six years (seven now that the automatic extension happened)
