How do you know he won’t be extended? I have no faith the BOS would make the change. Alleva, F King...have no accountability.

Aramark is, in my view, one of THE most pathetic excuses for a food service company I have ever encountered. How in God’s name they are still able to secure contracts signal laziness on the part of the originators. Aramark is a joke.

I was drunk and needed food so I bought one of those burgers.
It was the worst burger I ever ate. Cold. Stale bread. All they had was ketchup for condiments.
Oh and this was the first quarter and they were out of nachos and hot dogs already

Knowing Aleva he would have negotiated a buyout for $20 million for Aramark.
The company must give HUGE kickbacks to the decision makers for them to keep getting contracts despite their reputation of being the worst in the business.

You should check out the food in the East Upper. It's like third world shite up there. I don't normally get concession food, but my buddy is a fatty and eats constantly. The bagged peanuts are stale. The nacho chips are stale and the cheese is cold. He once got a hotdog that was frozen on the inside.
For a state that is known for its culture and food, its kind of embarrassing to have such a poor selection of concession.

I don't think I've seen anyone comment on this particular issue, in spite of all the Joe Alleva criticisms I've read here, but does it occur to anyone that Alleva has a very low opinion of LSU students, fans and alumni?
Maybe it is elitism fostered by his aborted tenure at Duke, but I cannot think of decision he makes which is calculated to satisfy a discerning audience. He goes cheap on everything(except on revenue opportunities) and expects us to be happy with it.
It is no surprise that the entire package is declining in value.

I'd be interested in knowing what happened to your food or service in the South Club. That area is not serviced by Aramark, but by a local vendor.
