Exactly, he said Fitzgerald's facemask was contacted. Therefore it satisfied the letter of the law in the interpretation of the SEC. The letter of the law that Matt called stupid.

I’m not saying your idea is right or wrong, but I’ve never heard them assign that verbiage to targeting calls, or any of the few reviews that has to do with penalties.
