#1 - Both parties lose in this instance.
#2 - This is all political and has no real substance.
The SEC is so blinded by their damaged ego of being made powerless by the United States Judicial System superseding their authority, that they are damaging the conference brand by contributing to a smear campaign against one of their founding institutions. And we all wonder how college athletics got to this point, these are the people captaining the ship.

That would be a terrible decision. Just ask Tulane. We benefit greatly from being in the SEC just like the SEC benefits from us being one of the founding members.
