hmmm?

no play... no concussion issues to deal with... NFL first round... top 3 pick... bringing home the bacon!

play... get royally knocked loopy.... concussion problems amplified... brain cells start mis-firing... NFL first round... late middle to bottom third selection... just lost $40 million for playing too soon in a college game for free.

I'm just thinking, if his doctors have got any doubt at all, to play might add to his legend, or it might cost him million$. Crapshoot.

Tebow will not play- from good sources at UF. Either way, it is smart making LSU prepare for both qbs. Brantley is a very talented guy and has some experience in the system. Regardless what scares me most is their running game and defense. They should be fine without Tebow.

ESPN has just reported that he is expected to be cleared to practice by mid-week, and SI.com is reporting that he's having no post concussion symptoms.

Just heard on College Gameday on Espn that a source says Tebow will be cleared to practice by midweek. Anyone else believes that Tebow would be cleared to practice if they were playing Duke this week?

ESPN just reported Tebow will be cleared by mid week. They cited a source but I was only half listening.

Sigh, don't you think it may be possible that the "good sources at UF" could have been lied to so that LSU doesn't know who to prepare for, and that Tebow will play after it's all said and done

Would it be wrong to blow this up and use it as a sign at Gameday?

My good source says that your good source is overrated!

Even if Tebow does play, his concussion is going to change their gameplan. If he plays, I would expect him to throw a lot more, and run a lot less. This is good news for us. As Florida gets a game plan ready this week, they're gonna go heavy with a more traditional offense. That way, if Brantley plays, it will suit his style... and if Tebow plays, he throws more and they run him A LOT less. I just don't see them going with the normal "let Tebow run people over" offense either way.

I find it hilarious how they don't say that it was a vicious hit. It was the leg that gave him the concussion. It may have helped, but they are hell bent on skirting over that Tebow got demolished.

YET! That's a small but very important word that should be added to your title.

He's one single player. What the heck difference could it possibly make? I think Meyer is playing a fiddle on this one.

Well it doesn't matter to me either way, I mean hell LSU let Rick Clausen come in and beat them his first time in our house

Thats right, Rick Clausen.

So, anyway, back on topic

On Tim Tebow’s progression:

“I don’t the results, but I do know he gets tested every day. He was tested Friday, Sunday and Monday. He took off Saturday. The feedback has been very positive. Moses Jenkins has a concussion as well. I will know in the next few days if our guys will be able to go. Moses has been a two year performer for me and he’s earned the right to play. I don’t know if Time can go against a defense as good as LSU’s without practicing.”

I am assuming they meant to write Tim and not Time!

thats retarded

LSU is going to prepare for both no matter what Urban says

even if tebow is cleared, knowing the situation, LSU will still prepare for Brantely
