Since they're working on the SEZ currently, are there any plans to eventually do the NEZ? Looked at the model pictures and it just looks awkward IMO.

They currently have the North End zone area fenced off out to North Stadium Dr. Not exactly sure what they are doing.

This. The main thing stopping a NEZ expansion is the locker room/weight room and Mike's Habitat.

I'm not sure they're cutting off the street this year. Those renderings aren't exactly new.

Agreed. I can't see them closing N. Stadium Dr. until S. Stadium Dr. reopens after the SEZ expansion is completed in 2014.
