I'd imagine they are dropping the ridiculous fed suit that had zero standing. They also probably realize that LSU could sue the fk out of them for damages.

Probably won’t be rostered. You don’t know how the federal case will play out. You don’t know the CFP ramifications. The risk isn’t worth the reward.

No, lawyer said if we roster them we can't later take them off the roster
