Its really starting to piss me off how intellectually challenged and dishonest people are being. No one can do their own research nowadays. Lazy.

The litigation is far from over. Sankey and the SEC filed a motion to dissolve the injunction. They’ll definitely appeal. The issue won’t be resolved for months.

LSU won’t roster these guys, and will then countersue the SEC, Sankey, and every university in the SEC that is rostering players deemed a professional by SEC standards (basically most players under a TRO right now) for defamation and slander.

I believe if they are enrolled in school they can be added later to the roster if they have space on the 105 roster.

I could see LSU waiting on the Federal Case to see what to do.

Exactly. This could be anything from a blanket waiver, to LSU saying no, to LSU suing the sec.

This guy doesn't know shite

If it's a no go, Wright and Harris will get to suit from the Browns and Saints in 10 days. Sankey said they are pro players and you need to be on a team to be a pro player. I'm sure the Browns and Saints will agree.

LSU waits until our AG handles Fed litigation to put them on roster or play them.
Foolish to do otherwise
Sankey blew their case. Enough testimony on record to dismiss immediately. The sec could not define amateur or pro. Just when Sankey feels like it.

You have to remember, there is a mob of nut jobs out there currently demonstrating in support of the woman who cold blooded murdered her three children. This world is upside down. Thanks Liberals.

maybe, but good luck punishing LSU after the fact when they are literally following the ruling issued by the courts, along with other SEC Schools. That's what you people don't understand. You don't have to be a Lawyer, just use a little common sense.
