Three baseball players that have caught my attention

Washington has the ability to drive the ball to the opposite field. My friend Solo Tiger mentioned that Washington is a five tool player. I wouldn't doubt it. I seen the arm strength. I don't think he as fast as Patrick and Davis but he could be right behind them. We will see about the hitting but I've liked what I have seen. Not only does he hit to opposite field, he can hit it with power. He was about two feet from a homerun in RF and he has multiple hits above 100 mph velocity. So far this fall he has only played in the IF but my quess he will move back to the OF in the spring. Right now Wachs is our starting CF. I think Washington will push him. I'm not going to rule out Davis or Patrick in CF either. It should be good competition there.
Ruckert has had a HR each of the first two weekends. He has played both second and third base and I haven't noticed any errors yet. He has also put some muscle. It's a small sample right now and fall ball doesn't always indicate what will follow in the spring. He is just someone to watch for now. As of now Kurland is our starting second base, but Ruckert has been pushing him.
Sides has been the Friday starter opposite to W. Schmidt. It's only been two weekends but both have been solid. Its difficult to get a good observation on ball movement from where I sit sit around first base. The velocity has been solid but nothing scary. Sides looks like he will contribute in 2027 in a meaningful way.

Thanks man. Can’t wait to see how this rotation pans out and the OF is ridiculously stacked.

It would be interesting to see what 3 OFs would start with Bino out. I'd assume Laya and Wachs but the 3rd OF could be Washington, Davis, or Patrick.
Ruckert is going to be the utility guy. If somebody struggles, Ruckert can be inserted practically anywhere.
Sides has plenty movement. He will contribute. I think the velo will keep ticking up.
Our infield defense should be elite. Park, Milam, and Kurland are all as slick as they come. I have to see a little bit more of the outfield, especially when Bino gets back. I think we have defensive options in the OF, though, if Wachs, Bino, and/or Laya aren't serviceable. I think they'll be fine but I have to see a bit more. The catchers still need to improve alot. Pitching will be deep but we need for 3 starters and 2 lockdown relievers to be consistent all year - I think we'll have solid pieces and parts to cover innings but the bulk of and leverage innings need to be really good, too. I'm hoping a lefty or 2 emerge as matchup nightmares, and I think they all have potential to be (some with higher ceilings and floors than others).

Anyone who takes the time to comment in a thread cares at least a little. Thank you for caring.

The Baseball first crowd are a bunch weirdo’s. They’re like Alabama football fans.

Is the anybody doing play by play for the scrimmage tonight?

I noticed Ruckert seemed to be doing well based off your updates. Thank you for bringing them.

You won't see (BPB)PBP tonight or Friday. Solo might be there Sunday but I don't know yet. I'm planning on making the Biloxi weekend.
