Kelly was looking and his salary demands were met. He wanted out of ND. I guess when you take a job your salary demands don't have to be met? LOL

Kelly had Notre Dame 11-1 & ranked 5th in CFP when it was announced he was hired at LSU. LSU needed a coach & went looking, not the other way around.

LSU had most of their starters and several backups that played a lot during season - we had way more talent than Baylor and fricked around most of the game - congratulations I guess. Money is not irrelevant. My word you people are idiots.

You are a retard man, respectfully.

We’re gonna have a damn good team next season.

That’s guys in their second and third years. I get it when we are playing true freshmen, but a guy in his second year, in an era in which real talent only plays three years, is no big deal.

This post is a classic example of facts vs. hyperbole. You presented the facts concerning the players current classification status where an individual could formulate an informed decision. The counter argument is "don't bore me with the facts" or "the empty barrel rattles the loudest."

It's simple....that kind of money raises expectations....the brits call it "value for money". Not a bad principle.

I'm new, I guess. Name those starters that played on offense, all season.

That was complete makeshift line from started the season. It's sad someone should even have to explain that to you.

This fool keeps throwing Frazier’s name out there as if that mean’s something. He played 1 1/2 games at Tackle here two years ago and has been a Guard since because he was beaten out by a true freshman. As experienced as he is, he was still playing out of position and did a very serviceable job.

He also tried to prop up his argument saying Bordelon has played. Yeah- he was a blocking TE outside of a few garbage time Tackle snaps. And he was playing inside at Guard, which he’s never done before here. And he struggled enough that Echols, a true freshman who’s hardly seen the field this year, rotated with him and looked better. He forgot to mention that.

Savion Jones played most of the game, but Swinson and Zy were both out a good bit of the second half and we played freshmen in their places. Whit Weeks was out for half the game after the injury and his brother, who was out for most of the year, played. We also played Singleton at LB in the 2nd half, and he hasn’t played much. We started a true freshman Spears at Safety and a sophomore Toviano who hasn’t played the position in college yet. Woodland started at outside CB when he hasn’t played a ton since early in the season.

This guy can’t make an argument to save his fricking life. But the account just opened in 24, so he’s probably just another alter from an opposing fanbase trying to stir shite around here for a little attention.

I stopped quoting but there was more stupidity that followed the quoted part.

2 starters at WR? Name them.

Other WR played a lot? Define a lot and name him and where he played s lot.

Green played a lot of TE??? Did you watch a game this year? Mason Taylor played nearly every snap this season!! Green came into this game with 8 catches on the season, moron.

Speaking of TE... you say Bordelon played throughout the year. Played what?? He was inserted as a blocking TE quite a bit.

Ignorant takes

Not really… we gave up over 500 yards of offense and let another mid qb have a career night against us just like we did all season. They could have easily beat us.

Your argument is people shouldn't say "good job" when LSU wins a game and beats the spead by 16 points while playing several backups, because the coaches make a certain amount of money.
