This team is legit!!

I am PSYCHED for this season.
If this team stays healthy, the sky is the limit for this STACKED team.
Last year the players AND coaches proved that they have 110% bought into the “one team, one heart beat” foundation that Coach O has laid down.
And they have also bought into Coach O’s grit.
These guys play as tough as I’ve seen in a long time.
True LSU football is back.

To the down voters and the haters,
Y’all either 1. Aren’t LSU fans or 2. Claim to be LSU fans but do not know the team you claim to root for AT ALL. I study this team as much as possible. Film, recruits, roster, coaches, etc. and I KNOW what I’m talking about. You will see. I’m not claiming any kind of certain w/l record or championships. But what I did claim you can take to the bank.
So keep hating. Them tigers gonna make y’all look so dumb. (Doin a pretty good job yourselves though)

What defines 'legit' if you're not going to put out a w/l prediction?
Competitive in every game? One would hope so.

A lot of things play into a w/l record that have nothing to do with the legitimacy of a team. Injuries is a huge example.
Just figured the FOOTBALL fans would be smart enough to know that about FOOTBALL and not need EVERYTHING spelled out.

They certainly have a deeper roster than they've had in recent years and most fans are confident in the qb position, both are a delightful change going into the season. The Texas game is huge no doubt!
The season has the potential to shape up into a lather and hopefully sets the tone for them to be peaking towards the end. This team should have LSU fan more optimistic going into Bryant-Denny Stadium than they have been in a very long time. That's my conversation with the everyday Bama fan anyway "depth on both sides of the line and the ability to rotate quality depth they have not seen in a hot minute." I hope Bama is as over confident as their arrogant fans and LSU steals one while skull dragging their azz in front of their home crowd. I know simma down cuz but a win in Bryant-Denny wouldn't truly surprise me with this team when comparing the teams LSU has run out against them since 1/09/12. This year or not we commin!

Injuries are just as much a part of football as blocking and tackling so I don’t buy into that excuse.

Absolutely. Clemson and Alabama keep having injuries and all that stuff, and they keep making the playoffs and winning championships. That’s because they’re legit. LSU might be legit this year. The team is certainly loaded. I’ll define it for you: Make it to the playoffs with an 11-1 record at worst.

I haven't been this confident in our football team in a long time this is the first time we return a QB who's a very good player and we return alot of starters on a team that went 10-3 with the toughest schedule last year
