I understand what you're saying Chuck...boring probably was the wrong choice of words to use. I was geared up for the Huskies game to be similar to Oregon and it was somewhat anticlimactic that it was so one sided. I did enjoy the hell out of it though, having watched the replay for the second time already last night.

Last year spoiled us and I am still in the mindset that it is the exception rather than the rule. There is still plenty to look forward to this year...anytime you go on the road in the SEC you can expect a war. I don't think going to Auburn, Florida, A&M or Piggieland are going to be easy victories.

LSUsports.net still shows TCU (along with UAB and Furman) in Baton Rouge on the schedule for next year...is the TCU game still on?

It has been boring but that's just the way our schedule is. Be patient. After Towson we got SEC schools every week.

The off season is boring. This is not. Watching a new team shape up doesn't bore me. This is the foreplay. I like it to last a while.

I agree, man, no reason to crucify you. But that shite is funny! You lost it. I bet you were spitting on your keyboard. And you hit all the peculiar complaints in one post.

Scheduling North Texas, Idaho and Towson is pretty aweful slate to ask your ticket holders to invest in. I honestly couldn't put together a worse craptastic schedule if I was paid to.

Seriously...if the stadium is half full through 10 minutes of the 1st Quarter I will be surprised.

Last season was exciting from beginning to end. Granted it was a very tough road and could give me a heart attack if it was that way each season,

last season was boring too sans 1 game.

False. We rarely throw the ball and pound the ball / run the clock any time we get a 14 point lead.

I love boring games and I hope we don't have a single exciting game all season.

which then leaves LSU in the position of giving up a home game at some point versus the guaranteed revenue the Idaho's of the world bring in.

best built in excuse for every pathetic rent a win, not referring to LSU in particular, just in general.
