ANY college stadium would like that if the home team was playing as shitty as ours was.
And how many of these college stadiums claim (and can back it up) to be the best stadium and environment to watch college football on a Saturday night?

That is a lot more people in the stands than I was led to believe by most of these posts. Sounded like there were only about 100 people still sitting in there.

They're too drunk to find the exit.

This game could be a wake up call they need to finish these last two games out.

No, true fans don't have any other more important commitments. Truth.
This was supposed to be a bye week. Some true fans planned accordingly but Hurricane Gustav had other ideas.

Way to advertise it. There were plenty of reasons for people to feel discouraged and to leave. GET OVER IT!!! Look ahead man, goodness gracious!! People like YOU give our fans a bad rep.

Get over it people. The only "fans" that are bitching about "fans" leaving early are the ones that weren't even at the game.

thats bullshite. so your saying don't support the team if they aren't good or have shitty game/year? the prob with our fan base is that the stadium would look exactly the same if the score was inverted.

This picture says a lot about why fans were leaving. This is a Sunbelt team dominating the defending national champions. We were on the verge of a meltdown of epic proportions. LSU was not only about to lose...but was being DOMINATED. You cannot blame Tiger fans for not wanting to watch. For some, the memories of that type of Tiger team were a little too fresh. Oh, and I watched the entire game on Gameplan in KY. If we hadn't scored when we did, I was about to turn it off.

all I here is crying about fans. this team is not improving. We looked bad against a sunbelt team. we got thumped by every decent team we played. It's time for our defensive coordinators both of them to earn their pay or be replaced. Our fans need to quit booing our young q.b. and our line def.and offense to play up to their potential. If all of this happens we'll be back at the level we have been and still should be.

Bottom line, if you're a true fan, unless you've got some other commitment- don't leave.
Period.

Heard today that one of the player's parents left in the 3rd quater. The mom and daughter left but the dad stayed.

Please explain the correct course of action to demonstrate your displeasure with the product on the field. From this and other rants I have learned that the "fans" are not supposed to BOO, leave early or stay home.....I am loath to defend this behavior but the thought and action police on this site are almost as bad as the fans they are atacking.
Ranting on this board just doesn't cut it.
Bottom line is, "my dollar = my choice" If I choose to Boo, I will BOO!!!!, if the product is Sooooo bad that I can't take it, I will leave. Those that don't like it can keep on ranting, but have little other recourse.
My advice is to buy tickets. You can sit there quietly without Booing or leaving regardless of the score.
