I don't disagree with that at all, but there are 12,000 walmart parking lots between criticism and what gets posted on this board.

Well I'm retired, after putting in my years. I sure as hell couldn't do this when I was working.

Sure, but they have to show some want and chest on the field. These are adults we are talking about. It isn't just the scoreboard it's what is shown by them on the field that has everyone in an uproar.

Don't disagree with this....but if there is dissension in the locker room and the coaching staff as reported by some, the players attitude and performance on the field will reflect this. With everything that is going on I personally believe these reports.

Look, I don't think anybody here is truly attacking the players directly. Poor play by players is due to lack of getting them prepared by coaches, as well as a lot of youth on the team and just the psychological affect of knowing that they signed on with LSU to play big boy football, but they can't even beat Sun Belt teams under this coaching staff.

Pitchforks are out and I've seen plenty of negative comments about Orgeron but mostly everyone concedes that the Starting point is to relieve Alleva of his duties and go from there.

That being said, I'm not paying any more TAF dues or buying any merchandise or planning any trips to attend games until the administration wakes up and removes our antiprogressive AD.

Why do people keep saying this? Nowhere in his history has he shown that. If the reports are true about him going behind Miles' back, then what kind of man does that make him?

Why? The program doesnt show support for the fans. Last time i checked, making fans pay for every little thing doesnt equate support.

The program needs a hard reset and we are 4 games closer.

I am not one to normally criticize the young men that play at LSU (Key is the exception this season), but they signed up for critique of their play when they accepted a scholarship at a high profile D1 college. If they were looking to hide out, they could have easily signed with a directional school.

You can't seriously be this stupid. Supporting and continuing to pull for our players and team to win is now sunshine pumping? In other words if you don't hate-watch the games you're sunshine pumping. Btw I love your shame the players into playing better approach lol, Go fly a kite you moron.

Fair Weather Fans suck

The majority of fans aren't being fair weather fans. The majority of fans see that we have an incompetent athletics director ruining the football program. I am as unhappy as I have ever been with the direction of the program, but I still support the team. I think most people do. But, people have got to make a stance if they want things to change. Nothing will change if the stadium is full when we are getting our asses whipped.

Wouldn't you think it would be best to wait until we actually have nothing to play for?

I'm going to chalk you up for senile since almost nothing of what you just said relates to anything I said.

We need to show better support towards the program. I'm sick of all the negativity with LSU fans. I know the product on the field isn't exactly what everyone hopes for but at the end of the day, this is still LSU, these kids are playing for LSU and Louisiana. The problem is the administration and HC and these kids have no control over that. Just show support for the players. Cheer them during the games. Win or lose at the end of the day it's just kids playing a game. I'm sure I'll get a lot of downvotes because some of you are just miserable but whatever

Totally agree.

But one needs to understand that all this drama is not about football.
A lot of it is about NOT GETTING THEIR WAY ..most doing the EXTREME bitching were against O, or for Miles or someone else.

Since they did not get their way .. derail the program.
A lot of selfish people who do not understand or care about the consequences.

we can support the players while still bashing in the administration, and unfortunately that comes with negativity.

I understand.. have had season tickets since 69.
BUT we have to have a little positive .. still 3-2

The extreme and constant drama and negativity does not help the football team or program get better.

...does anyone really think that Alleva, O and the other coaches don't see what's happening ?

There is a difference between discerning opinions and PERSONAL attacks and if you pay attention a lot of posts are personal attacks, which leads me to believe that it is personal ... THEY DID NOT GET THEIR WAY when O was hired, so now they want to be proven right... at whatever cost.

I think not showing up for games, not buying merchandise, and putting as much pressure on the powers that be to fire Alleva and O IS supporting the team.

Getting rid of them gives the players a chance to succeed in the future.
