"Keep Chavis and let's go get Chip Kelley."

These fluff offenses, a la Oregon's, Oklahoma State, etc. cannot RUN the ball when it counts. Third and three? Gotta pass. Fourth and one? Gotta pass. Kill time by running out the clock? No, gotta pass. Give your defense time to catch it's breath on the sidelines? No, gotta pass.

Here are LSU's last 18 games...maybe you're just more dramatic than you need to be? Only four of those games were nail biters. Do you realize that LSU was ranked number 2 in the nation last year in Average Scoring Margin against agruably the nation's toughest schedule?

40-27
49-3
19-6 (nail biter)
47-21
35-7
41-11
38-7
45-10
9-6 (nail biter)
42-9
52-3
41-17
42-10
0-21 (just sucked...nail biter)
41-14
41-3
63-14
12-10 (nail biter)

That right there is hammering the competition!

That game is a blowout in death valley last night. We played a rivalry game last night and after that Auburn td last night, we were caught with our pants down. The players were not up for that game. It was evident.

By typical Les Miles football do you mean games that we win because of the large disparity in talent between us and our opponents....in which a potted plant with a high hat could be our head coach and we'd still win? What I see is a sloppy, undisciplined team that has loads of potential that is being hindered by poor coaching, unimaginative play calling, and a streak of bad luck with injuries.

You are such a tool.

We saw how well running up the gut on 3rd and whatver worked out so well for us last night. As others have said unimaginative play calls.

It was Miles stubbornness that cost us the game. He REFUSED to put Lee in, even after it was blatantly obvious Jefferson could not move the ball against Alabama.

The OL had the worst game on the field of any unit. Also Lee was not that good either. Y'all are retarded to use Jefferson as a scapegoat. He played bad, but it ain't like Lee could have saved the day. Jefferson probably had the best chance since he atleast had the ability to run for his life.

The offensive gameplan was not good and the offense didn't show up for the game at all. It looked really bad because Bama happened to show and play one of their best games too.

Just for anyone who has forgotten

LSU is 28-3 from 2010-now. That is probably the best in the country.

Why does it have to be is what everyone is asking

. I would be surprised. I picked us to lose 1 but it wouldn't surprise me if it was 2.

my, man. These stats are useless without a title to back it up! People are always quick to throw these stats out about winning percentage, blowouts of inferior opponents and all that other stuff. We are 0-1 in the main stat since winning all these games. Give me that stat anytime!

No. i thought the offense was fine and developing last year until we put in Jefferson and rode him. Then there was no more offense. Didn't see the receivers develop any more either, did you?

Yep, because Kelly put on an absolute coaching clinic against Les last year.

Far and away one of the dumbest posts I've read on this board. First, you mentioned that Les Miles WINS, but you complain about the method in which he WINS. Brilliant. Guess why we have such a large disparity in talent? Because our STAFF, put together by LES MILES, recruited them here. And as others have mentioned, your "putting anybody on the sidelines and they'll win with this talent" theory doesn't work when you consider the Saints and Arkansas. You indirectly credited Les Miles for our success and you are too dumb to understand it. Would love to hear who you people have in mind for our next HC ... Jon Gruden?

Get real. EVERY football team in the country would switch places with us, save Alabama.

LSU struggled against USCe in 4th game of 2007 then struggled for 1st half in 5th game against Tulane at New Orleans. I think Tulane actually had the lead for a while. After that seems like the offense started clicking on all cylinders.
