OK i am going to post this. When there was a rumor that Nick Saban might return to LSU some staff members signed a petition that they would all quit.
Moffit’s name was on it.
This is when Miles was supposedly headed to Michigan.
So he wasn’t going to Alabama as strength coach.
And it wasn’t a rumor about Nick coming back; he had no buyout and was talking to prominent LSU people to see if Miles was leaving. Nick directly.

As did I until last year. When we struggled vs Bama during the latter Miles' years, CTM wrongly got a lot of the blame. He was never the problem.
And after CBK fired him, no problems with him moving on, even to a "rival." That's business.
But when he and his three Aggie buds made it a point to stand on the Eye of the Tiger last year, it was no longer business. That was just a childish antic and demonstrated a disregard for TS, a place at which this old Tiger treasures back to 1968.
