you guys need to worry less about how his hiring was 'sold'. Thats not relevant. He's a first year coach. It's going to take some time to get his system in place....like with any first year coach. It's a process.

BS. He snaked his way into an interview and cheerleader his way into "convincing" Alleva to promote him to HC (and give him a ridiculous buyout in the process) all while stabbing Miles in the back.
It was time for Miles to go, yes, but Alleva's "search" was handled about as bad as it could've been handled.
This season is shot now and we're just now getting to meat of the schedule. Fantastic. I bet now is when he turns on the magic. Gimme a break.

What system?? What is his system? What is his philosophy? Both of those are dependent on his coordinators because he has none. If you can enlighten me please do. But I believe the whole " let's let him get his system in place" is bullshite he is a unprepared head coach with no system and the young men on the field resemble as much when looking purely at "motor effort" as a whole
