When you get absolutely owned by 20-30 people time and time again, I guess he just figures he will skip that part and go straight to slinging insults.
Others haven't figured that part out yet. So, have to give him credit for that I guess.

I have an idea, we could fire the entire staff and start over again. Then when the new HC doesn't get us that either we could fire him and hire a new one. And just keep doing that every couple years. Great plan you have there goldrush

Recruit better, I just said that.
He was hired for his recruiting prowess. Why is it unfair to ask him to recruit better than his competition?

The football coach was hired because of his recruiting prowess. Why do you think it's unreasonable to ask him to do that better than his competition?

LSU's class is better than aTm's in my opinion. They just have more commits right now. LSU has a higher average rating and will jump aTm come February.
UGA and Alabama are in a league of their own though.

Ok.
The SEC now has 3 of the best recruiters in the country at other schools. Pruitt at UT is showing he can bring in good players as well. Edward could be a top 5 recruiter in the country and still be 4th or 5th best in this conference, and LSU isn't getting any of those other guys.
Kirby has proven to be an average game day coach and Pruitt is still an unknown. Jimbo and Saban are elite. At this point, Edward is somewhere between average and good, and has improved this season. IF he continues to improve LSU will have a shot to win the West next season.

So delivering a Top 3 class is no longer elite? You can't attack the pro-O goal post moving crews and make this assertion.

you can ask for the #1 overall class all you want. I just would hold my breath waiting on it if I were you. Probably not going to happen any time soon. But it is not tough to ask. You can ask it all you want. I would like to ask for the #1 class this year right now and for the NC this coming season while I'm at it. It doesn't mean anything though whether you I or anyone else asks it. Just don't expect it to happen though it is possible. I would think we are a long shot to win the NC next season
