Jimbo's multi-tasking and recruiting just as well as the guy we hired to only recruit? Does that not seem absurd to anyone else?

I think he was saying that the head coach isn't going to outcoach other coaches with similar talent and that in order to win a championship he will need to have better players. In no way did I get from it to fire the entire coaching staff and start over again every 2 years.

The only issue I have with this is we've seen Edward's staff outcoach an opponent with equal talent. UGA this season was just that.
The issue is that while he's done that, he's also lost to a few teams with less talent. This is were he needs to continue to improve.

Yep. O is a master of the back-against-the-wall, nobody is giving us a chance type game. See: Auburn and UGA. It's the games like State last year and UF/A&M this year that worry me. Games against quality opponents with somewhat comparable talent where on paper we should win.

100% Orgeron didn't just outcoach Kirby Smart, he embarrassed him. A little more consistency and we have something special on our hands.

Careful with that. Gus Malzahn has also embarrassed Kirby.
As I said, Kirby is proving to be an average game day coach that makes some quite dumb decisions.

Well, we also lost to 2 teams with lesser talent. I don't think it's written in stone that this will be the norm going forward, but beat a team with more talent and also beat the teams you're supposed to beat and that's a great season.

Going 1-1 against teams that have superior talent is more than acceptable. Multiple losses to teams with less talent is not.
The latter is where Orgeron and his staff are still struggling.

Football is a probabilistic sport. From time to time, you're going to beat a more talented team. Any team can have a good day, and that's what happened vs UGA.
But can you explain why we lost to UF? Why couldn't we score a fricking point vs Bama? And never mind the topic of screwjobs, why we had to bite and claw our way through the A&M game when we were supposed to annihilate them? How do you reconcile the UGA game with those games?
Our staff needs better talent so that these issues of inconsistency are lessened. If we're simply as talented, we're going to continue to see these mixed results, just like we did in 2016 and 2017. We'll have our good days, and continue to crap the bed when we shouldn't.

Whatever your knock is on 0 one thing he has been brilliant at and I mean elite, is his propaganda machine. From his cronies in the press to the flooding of social media and of course his intimate knowledge of the fan base and ability to tell them exactly what they wanna hear, it’s incredibe. Think about what he’s done, he hasn’t improved the record, in fact over the last 18 years our win spectrum has been 13 to 8 wins, 0 has won 8 and 9 games, the fewest possible yet has the fan base believing that we are improving. He’s also convinced fans that he inherited a rebuild, even though the classes he inherited were ranked #2, #5 and #2 nationally. On top of that he’s got ppl claimoring about an uptick in recruiting when his classes have ranked #15 and #7. And that’s not even going into the phony promises he’s made about coordinator freedom, hit pieces on Canada throwing players under the bus, having fans cheer him on for it and fake OC searches. It’s brainwashing that Hitler would be proud of.

Not at least reviewing the catch/non-catch was ridiculous as was the Greedy PI, but other than that I didn't have as much of an issue with the other stuff as most people did.
