Been going to the games my whole life, and am currently a sophomore student. I don't recall experiencing a louder Tiger Stadium in my life. For those standing on the bleachers, you could literally feel the bleachers underneath your feet sustainably vibrating from the noise; at least in the student section. For some of the older folks that have been around a bit longer, was this the loudest game ever?

2018 was so loud in the first quarter that my ears were constantly ringing.

Saturday was very loud. When I went down to field level it was considerably louder than 33 rows up where I sit.

Wasn’t there this weekend but I’ve seen it compared to UGA 03 and UF 07, probably louder than both of those

The moment Taylor caught the ball and fell across the line was a thunderclap unlike any I’ve ever heard. And I was there for Georgia 03

Wasn’t there an issue with the concrete used to make the stadium? Maybe we should hold back on many more of these games.

Can't speak to the earthquake game, but I was at 03 UGA and 07 Florida. This was just as loud as those two games. Haven't hear DV rocking like that in many many years.

Maybe not sustained, but when the USC loss was announced at the '07 Florida game, I could not even hear myself screaming. It was surreal.

I have been around a while. 1972 with only 67000 and I thought that was loud when we beat Ole Miss 17-16 after Bert Jones passed to Brad Davis for a TD with no time left in the 4 second game. It was really loud after the extra point.

LSU- Auburn 1988 maybe 88-90 K the earthquake game Hodson to Fuller was really loud. I was in the bowl of the Stadium.

This one Nov 5, 2022 v. Bama, I was in the upper deck and the noise level was never as loud consistently from beginning to end….ever!!!!

this was amazing.

I honestly thought 07 Florida and 12 Bama were louder, but I was closer to the field those games, so that may have been part of it.

Never got close to the piercing level of the USC score announced though IMO.

It probably depends on where you are located. My seats are East Side, mid-field, 25 rows up.

I've sat there for decades and attended all of the games on the loudest list.

Without a doubt in my mind, the 2007 Florida game when the USC score was announced was the most loud and intense out of all of those. It persisted all throughout the commercial timeout without losing intensity. It only subsided a bit when the next play began.

I think it had to do with both teams and both fan bases losing their minds because of the opportunity presented to both of them by a win that night.

This game was up there though.

One game that people seem to forget is Notre Dame game in 1971.

The teams lined up for the opening kickoff and had to wait for TV to come back from commercial.

The crowd was as amped as ever.

A guy went over the wall at the 50 and sprinted to the ball which was teed up and planted a big LSU flag right next to it. The place nearly came apart.

I can still see that in my minds' eye like it was yesterday.

Same seats since 1967. Nothing compares to what happened Saturday night. The prolonged vibration never ceased.
