Here is the part that trogolodytes like Lester Earl cannot understand.

There are situations where there are COMPETING LEGAL REALITIES.

Yes, his contract with LSU states that he must cooperate with any investigation. However, contract language is not law and courts regularly rule against enforcement of contract language if mitigating circumstance is present. A competent attorney advised Wade to avoid certain discussions until after his testimony. NO COMPETENT COURT WILL HOLD WADE ACCOUNTABLE TO THAT CONTRACT LANGUAGE IN THAT SITUATION. And, talk to ANY COMPETENT DEFENSE COUNSEL, and they will tell you that your guilt or innocent is IRRELEVANT when they advise you to not discuss an issue on which you are later going to be testifying. IT is ESPECIALLY good advice in this case as he is being called as a defense witness and the prosecution will have reason to want to set a perjury trap to discredit Wade. So Wade and his attorney have plenty of reason to not want to add parties such as the NCAA to any discussion he might be willing to have and ANY COMPETENT COURT WILL RECOGNIZE THAT.

Wow, you actually couldn't be more inaccurate if u intended to be. This kid literally did NOTHING, said NOTHING and also ensured that his fellow students did NOTHING as well.

Either u are knowingly lying, willfully ignorant or u are just another in a long line of liberal snapfricks that dont concern themselves with those pesky little things called FACTS!!

This is a great example to show that some people will only allow themselves to see what they want to see.

It all became irrelevant as soon as the old guy claimed to be a recon ranger in nam. He is 100% in the wrong regardless of the actions of others.

Another example of a LOLiberal interjecting RACE into an otherwise non-racial conversation, only to blame the other side of the argument a "RACIST".

COLOR ME SHOCKED!!!!

He was discharged as a private after serving as a refrigerator technician following disciplinary issues, including three AWOL incidents. AWOL and he was not even deployed.

Sandmann is one of the great examples of the real, deep-seated reason why liberals inherently despise conservatives.

Quiet confidence.

This may be part of the rift between liberal cucks FKing/Joe Alleva and Will Wade as well.

I honestly think the kid was kind of freaked out and that is why he looked so awkward. In one of the few interviews he later gave he looks kind of sheepish. It is telling that the left was able to look at his facial expression and draw conclusions. Orwell nailed those folks in "1984" when he foresaw "facecrimes".

I want muh due process when, in reality, due process is meeting with the investigatory team to advance and conclude the process.

That’s the statement you’re referring to?

i know. And if this was something that is easily explained, he would have done met with LSU and cleared his name.

I take everything I read in The Hayride with a grain of salt.

And my point is I know NOTHING close to the whole truth in this matter. And neither does anyone else on this board.

Wade may be as guilty as sin. But his refusal to meet with the NCAA on advice of counsel is NOT automatically proof of his guilt.

Which is precisely why he's suspended and not terminated.

My larger concern is not the suspension but where the process is going from there. Do you see any way this ends with Wade coaching again for LSU? If not then the suspension was merely a step toward termination.
