Say what you will and down vote away. Watching the different regionals, the Box looks way better than most. Plus none have the Intimidator in right field.

I'm watching these roody poo Regionals while mustering up energy to get off my arse and get back out there. Yesterday was frickin LONG. 1130am to 12am....

I watch a lot of baseball and pay attention to where the camera is for the pitch.
I can't remember which regional I was watching but their camera tower was above the batters eye and, man, it’s just such a better angle.
We should really think about doing that.

The Box absolutely looks good overall. The problem is LSU is the premier program in college baseball and the stadium should be a lot nicer than it is.
All they really need to do is replace the bleachers down the lines and build better seating / party decks that wrap around the outfield.

It does. It’s only behind 3-5 stadiums across college baseball. They are just all in our conference and that pisses a lot of fans off.
They just need to find a way to add a lot of chairback seating without sacrificing capacity. Just keep making incremental upgrades each offseason.

Especially when it is full and you can’t see the bleachers.
A lot of these ballparks have nice , comfortable chair seats, empty though they may be.

Been to a lot of parks in the SEC. The dude is a better park but there isn’t.t an atmosphere in college baseball better than Alex Box.

DBU couldn’t handle it last night. They fell apart under the light and in front of that crowd. It’s been a while since we’ve seen a team succumb to the Box magic like that.
