The anticipation of seeing a Kiffin led Tiger team has made this offseason so long….

Not to be captain obvious here, but….
Doubt it’s just me, but hasn’t the anticipation of finally seeing a Kiffin-LSU squad play been especially long and rough. Any upgrades y’all looking most forward to seeing other than complimentary football?
Hopefully this defense will be nasty!

Yeah this has felt like an especially long off-season. No post season baseball made it worse. I’m just looking forward to what I think is guaranteed to be at least exciting/entertaining football under CLK. The past few seasons under BK were painful. Even ‘23s historic offense wasn’t as fun as it should have been due to the historically bad defense.

The baseball team being complete arse cheeks made it even longer.

I sold my motorcycle just to make sure I would be around to see this season, but the wait is killing me

I’m just hoping to see a more complete performance for the entire show. Defense, offense, special teams. I don’t expect to set the world on fire. It would be nice to see that everybody is paying attention, that they’re invested, that the coaches have coach and all of the players appear to have absorbed some of that coaching. No more time mismanagement. No more watching the defense looking at their side lines as the opponent snaps the ball. More aptitude, less ineptitude.

A bad baseball season really contributed to that. If we were playing in Omaha and going deep, it wouldn’t have seemed so long.

It feels like LSU hasn’t played a football game in 10 years lol

I've been so busy with life, LSU football has been a, "Yea that's a thing that's coming up in the whenever future soon enough" thing.
Well, McTrickle my balls, boys. It's less than a month away and America had its 250th birthday. I'm all ready for some fireworks!
