I feel bad for this girl. She should not have to deal with her psycho ex, and she sure as hell shouldn't be used as some object in this investigation at her own expense. If this goes to trial, and she's called on the stands, she will be questioned about the delay, her relationship with the players, and whether or not that is her in the video that appears to kick Lowery as well...
IMO she's the only one justified in kicking Lowery.

A third party witness came out today and said that it was JJ. Interestingly, this girl filed this restraining order yesterday. If she is one of the ones who said JJ didn't kick him, then this will look far worse on her than anyone else.

This certainly seems to corroborate the story that Lowery sucker-punched Brad Wing, and that's what started this whole mess.

If the order for protection was placed BEFORE the fight then how does the petition for TRO allege that on the night of Aug 18 (the night of the Shady's bar fight) her ex followed her to a bar and hit one of her friends.
