Doesn't matter. The DA will play that video over and over again. He will point out how the guy who kicked the guy on the ground creeped away and tried to pretend like he didn't do it, which is clearly visible activity on this film. Knowing right from wrong is visible from the attempted sneaking away

If you know the guy or know anyone who knows the guy, you'd know he's a complete tool. I've had no doubts from the beginning of all of this that he played a major part in starting everything that happened at Shady's that night.
He certainly wasn't just helping out another guy who was in trouble. Whatever happened to him, he had it coming to him.

This is starting to fit w/ my thoughts that Lowery has a bigger issue to deal w/ right now. UCMJ will cost him a lot of benefits (pay, rank, maybe discharge) for destruction of gov't property (himself) and conduct unbecoming if he started the fight.
UCMJ doesn't punish Marines for defending themselves. It isn't elementary school where both kids in the fight get punished no matter who started it, and it isn't PC where the winner of the fight is punished b/c he inflicted more damage.
I'm smelling brig time and maybe "less than honorable".
It also makes sense that the players defended the girl. Juries rarely convict on bar fights, but hit a girl, go directly to jail...

-Lowery not happy with Brad Wing for talking to his x-girlfriend and cusses at and punches him

-Lowery (and friends that came to pick him up)waits on x-girlfriend and/or football players in parking lot so that he can start crap

Eric, of every single post I've read on the Rant, and I've read a few the past days, you are the ONLY person on here that describes anything on that cell phone video as CLEARLY VISIBLE ACTIVITY.
Why is that? Even the people that are screaming for JJ to be arrested admit that the video is anything but clear. But since the beginning, you watched the video and have been spouting off that it "clearly" proves all of your assertations.
