Well this is certainly the best CWS of all time up to this point.
I've never seen anything remotely close to how these games have played out.
Nobody has yet to even score 7 runs in a game. LSU had the only "blowout" with the 5-0 win over Tennessee.
It's been unreal.

Maybe, it was absolutely ONE of the best games I've ever seen. In the pantheon. There were some absolutely clutch plays and pitches by both teams that are essentially forgotten because they stymied rallies that never were. Then there were the ones that WILL be remembered. Fortunately, we were on the receiving end of those. Geaux Tigers!

You are correct. That night was so humid it felt like an early fall football game at Tiger Stadium. What a great series that was.

It's 05 Nov. 2011 Bama v LSU. Nobody other than LSU fans or diehard college baseball fans will remember this game (within context), unless the boys dogpile.

Never seen a college game with a pitching duel like this.
Felt like the 6 to 3 Bama/LSU game and the 2019 Bama/LSU game. Thats how tense i was.

Agreed, I would have that 3rd all time behind Miami and Stanford games. Then I would put this game 4th.
