Well mostly you’re gonna get a vague stat coupled with some transitive nonsense that tells you nothing. To quote Kobe Bryant.. “stats tell you what happened, they don’t tell you how it happened”. What’s hopeful is Coach Mac went with more 3 across sets vs SMU and that provided Sutton more space to work with. Now a lot of it was off schedule and didn’t start with him but it did free him up some. We need to run more stuff through him because if other teams play us the way Tech did we’re in Barney Rubble trouble.

So TT only beat N Iowa 101-90. They not only won by 11 but let an FCS team score 90 on them. So do they suck or did they just play a bad game. TT shot 70% from 3 in the first half against us and we shot 16%. That was the difference in the game. Once they return normal shooting and we started taking the ball inside we played them even in the 2nd half. Yes TT has more talent than us right now. They also spend more $$ than us. Duh. But we still have idiots that don’t understand that. And there are top 25 teams getting blown out. Do they suck also. Get a life losers.

This is pathetic. The haters had a solid week after the Tech loss, but now that LSU bounced back with the SMU win all they are left with is reminiscing about 2 weeks ago.

You keep bringing up particular stats as if they just randomly happened. The score just showed the discrepancy in the teams. In other words we couldn’t beat them. Whether it was 24, 30 or 18 points, we couldn’t win that game because of what the teams could and couldn’t do.

We played them even in second half. Yeah beating them would be difficult but not impossible.

I can tell you that we have good point guard but theirs was better, he was very impressive and while I really like our guy - theirs could do everything ours could, just a little bit better, and he could shoot the 3 a good bit better. He was very impressive.

34-32. And their coach was benching players for turnovers and giving up shots even when they were up by 30. And our players still played hard which is a sign they play for McMahon.

Don’t bother. The usual suspects just want to crap on this team and continue their non-stop assault on McMahon.
Although the vast majority of LSU fans, including me, feel that McMahon is not getting us where we’d like to be, there’s no reason not to give this team support and see how much they’ve improved. I think he was only meant to a transition coach because no one was beating down our doors to follow the mess caused by Wade.
I thought by now the Wade worshippers would’ve stopped living in the past but apparently they still have their heads buried between his thighs.
We have no idea of Verge’s acumen or budget to replace McMahon if this season goes sideways.
