I love this so much. Ed O was not complaining at all when he made that comment and their response is so desperate Move along kids, y'all have a game this weekend too

Yes because the organization that put the band in the upper deck, wore purposefully antagonizing DBU shirts, blew up Joe's jersey with a cannon and whos fans threw things at LSU players would never turn of the AC in the visitors locker room and lie about it!

And the other thing that is hilarious that because the coach of LA Tech said no one contacted me that there is not some connection between LA Tech and LSU. Most of those players and coaches know each other on personal level. Believe me word got back to LSU though the Louisiana network about conditions in the visitor locker room.

So they shut it off when we arrived so it would be about 85 by halftime and turned it on after the game so that 6 hours later it was recorded at 74 degrees.

Exactly after LSU left for the field in the first half they let the air out and turned the ac off. It’s obvious

We have no reason to lie about this after a win? We don't need an excuse for a loss here.

I don’t think anyone with LSU ever said the air was off. I believe they were just stating the room was inadequate to stay cool with 100+ people in it so LSU was tipped off to this before the game and brought in their own equipment.

Texas looks like the hot chick that is chasing the one dude that said she was just ok to prove him wrong.

LOL

So the stuff the team brought with them worked well. Glad they had the forethought to check with LATech.

correct, that's right out of the coaching 101 handbook, why tell the truth when a perfectly good lie will do the trick?

Maybe I missed something, but has anyone ever said Skip Holtz was involved in the conversation?

Additionally, if no conversation took place between LSU and La Tech how did LSU know to bring their own fans and cooling equipment. From what I gather this is not something that is common.

Did O bring all that equipment just so he could make up a lie about the AC in case we lost?

Why would Ed lie about this? It's easy to see why the folks at the UT athletic department would. Exposing the apparent lack of A/C is a nightmare for them. Knowing this, what power five team would want to schedule a home and home with them? And with the way they allotted only 3,000 seats to the visitors, all of them being the worst in the house, Ed has more credibility.
