Putting some blame on Kelly too. He will learn quick in the sec you can’t call that many fastballs. Floyd just showed he can throw a good enough breaking ball to keep them off balance. It’s around the zone. Just has to be called more.

His fastball isn’t flat. The problem is that it’s easier to deal with if you know you can just sit fastball on every pitch because the breaking ball is useless.

His cutter and 4 seam aren’t different enough to fool hitters. There’s maybe a 3mph difference and not enough vertical break to change planes.
You can guess wrong between those two pitches and still hit the shite out of it.
