I like the fact that both balls hit were hammered that inning. May get something going soon. Need to have the defense play some ball. Not even top 200 in the nation is crazy.

Ah the rare Jake Brown go the other way from the shift and still can’t find grass

Because he isn’t good enough. Hernandez played that way just fine. Bide just isn’t good enough. Serna also needs to improve a lot to be good enough.
So if neither is good enough at this point, why continue to catch this way? That’s the definition of insanity.

6 outs so far, 3 of them well hit balls lol. If that’s A&M, they would have 3 runs.

Pearson smokes a ball to 2nd basemen and Serna with bad base running gets doubled up to end the inning. Par for the season.
Milam, Brown, and Pearson all squared up the ball so far and couldn't get one to fall Story of the season.

He had one of the worst slides I've ever seen yesterday. It was so bad it looked like he hurt himself.

The good news is that Jake Brown and Pearson both went the other way in their at bats. Things are looking up! It’s only a matter of time

They had a shift off 3rd line, but SS was still on that side of the bag. Reasonable shift, not overplaying the pull.

The bad base running and poor decision making in the field are the most frustrating part of this team. I could forgive if the guys simply didn't have enough talent to make some of the plays. Making poor decisions that they were taught when they were in Little League is just hard to watch.

Guys like grahovac sorrell and harrison are program guys that have been there for a while and it seems to be paying off for them
Agreed. Just feels like we don’t have many of those guys waiting in the wings. We are truly starting from scratch next year.

These players need to go: Pearson Harden Rizy Caraway Garcia
Pearson likely isn’t going anywhere the way he’s played at 3rd and with what we have to replace. Even if he gets passed up, he’ll be here.
Why get rid of Hardin? He’s got potential and we will need depth in the outfield. Depending on NCAA rulings, he may have more years to play coming from JUCO.

Balanced attack….yet we play station to station and bat 5 guys in a row that can’t run. Interesting.
