TDP at Combine. Shows up in great shape and runs well.

Baton Rouge’s Tyrion Davis-Price clocked a 4.48 40-yard dash at 6-0, 211 pounds at the NFL Combine. He was listed at 223 pounds this past season when he broke the #LSU single-game rushing record with 287 yards vs. Florida. Really solid showing to trim up and drop that time.
Pretty impressive. Tweet from Shea.

That’s a great time for him

Did not see that coming. Good for him.

That combine normally does not put up the fastest 40 times. TDP is a hell of a lot faster than I thought.

Good time. He ran a 4.53 in HS so not a stretch to clock a combine 4.48.
Losing that much weight is the surprise.

Shows the morale of the team this year when a guy can pour it on to lean and run but could not do that in season.

Whenever he decided to really hit the hole, his burst always surprised me. Great time

He was a good and tough RB, but he never looked anywhere close to 4.4 speed, so if he ran a 4.48, that is seriously impressive.

Can get it shape for money but not in college for his team and scholarship. Tells me he was lazy and that O let him get away with it

Good for him. I think he would’ve been a beast in a Les Miles offense. He showed flashes of greatness but could never do it consistently.

He was the most reliable player on out offense from the Kentucky game on and broke the single game rushing record. It was also stated by the coaching staff multiple times that he dropped a lot of weight be the season. Wtf are you talking about? Shut up

We would have beat Bama this year if he ran like that.

Very happy for the guy!
He always seemed to have that initial burst, but not the "long speed" that others had. That actually translates very well into the NFL, as RB's can thrive with it.

He will have a job, especially if he can block.
