Patrick Peterson on one side, Devin McCourty on the other with Leigh Bodden playing nickel with Pat Chung at safety? Just try passing on that.

i fricking hate the pats and now i'll be forced to like them

You do realize they haven't done this yet right? Even if they were trying to (which i highly, highly doubt) they would wait until Peterson fell out of the top 5 first, see?

Plus I think you'll see Houston move to 5 to take him before anybody else. Arizona is likely to pick him as well. I just think the Pats moving to 6 to pick peterson is bullshite and likely a thread geniusly started to get idiots like you all excited

I take it you have never watched the NFL draft before... the Pats obviously wouldn't do this until after Arizona has picked and the Browns are on the clock with the #6 pick. Therefore if PP7 is still there, the trade goes through and the Pats take him and if he is gone, the trade doesn't happen and the Browns keep their pick.

This runs contrary to the story on the SEC Rant that the Browns are seeking to pick him up with that same pick.

FWIW, having Peterson and Haden as your CBs would be nasty.

Would not happen. Their offense is literally terrible across the board, minus the white guy. They pick julio if green is gone

And i would be willing to bet that if Peterson is on the board at 6, the Browns won't be picking 6th

The falcons want someone to go opposite Roddy White to open up the passing game for Matt Ryan. So if you're thinking about Julio Jones you may be right. However, they would have to trade the farm to get that high and i just don't see it happening.

this should tell you he is well worth the hype and how good he really is. For belichick to want to trade up to get him, that says ALOT about his skills...

Same here, by the 5th. pick with no trades.......remember this......

The Pats, with 9 picks, 1st round (2 picks), 2nd (2), 3rd.(2), 4th, 5th and 6th. They have some picks to trade.

They need help at OL, DE, RB and WR.

does anyone believe the pre-draft leaks from the Patriots?

You probably get more honest information from a trial lawyer than "the hoodie"
