As bad as Gus can be at times, he is a good play caller and schemer.

LSU on the other hand.

Apparently Auburn has better talent than LSU bc as we all know, talent is the only differentiator and never coaching.

We did but it doesn’t help the fact that we have scored 10 points in 3 years against Bama.

Hey LSU, want to know what type of offense to run against Bama? Watch this game. Short passes, sideline to sideline, wildcat, throw where the blitz is coming (teach to the QB).

Its scheme. Sweeps, motions, quick passes, cut blocking, pulling guards, all of that is the reason the inside, counter, and outside zone for Auburn works against a team like Bama.

This means nothing. There are two other phases of the game which factor into wins and losses. We try to compete with a hand tied behind our back. Couple our defense with a competent offense and we make the playoffs this year.

Gus has his bad spots, but his misdirection has decent success vs Bama.

LSU in the other hand doesn’t know what misdirection means.

Gus has always been known as one of the best offensive schemers and play callers in the business. I would definitely take him over SE. But you still have to execute.

Great point. I don't know how any coach/person could look at our team and come to the conclusion that our offensive system is right where it needs to be but we just don't have quite enough talent. Thats just stupid. Auburn just line up an OT as a wideout and ran for ten yards. They don't have 1/5th the talent Bama has so they scheme creatively. We have a problem on offense, its more than personnel, and O needs to fix the problem ASAP. Right now people like me are still pulling for Coach O, but we aren't going to if he just duplicates the bad choices of the last staff.

Their fans aren’t pussies and Auburn players don’t just accept an automatic L and instead choose to fight.

Our fans chock it up to “but nobody can beat Bama” and that mindset spreads
