Clark - Still love this dude's moxie more than anything. He always plays like it's a big moment and the game is on the line, as far as how he seems to approach it. Some of his throws don't look great and he also appears to get frustrated quickly (with himself or teammates) but still feel good about this guy having to step in if it comes to that. Like I said before, he won't be overcome by nerves if it happens - which is a huge plus.

Longstreet - Some of his throws looked good and maybe I'm wrong about this but he does not seem locked in at all. I feel like there's raw talent there but this dude doesn't seem to have a gamer attitude in the slightest. I know he's 3rd string but last night was his only opportunity to shine and he just had an attitude of like, whatever. Suppose I could be reading it wrong.

Harlem - The talent we all that was always there, is there. I really hope his blocking continues to improve because he is so damn explosive in space and it would be huge to get him in the rotation more.

Barber - Beyond pleasantly surprised. Thing I noticed more than anything else was his "sure hands". He just catches the damn ball. Every time.

Michael Turner - I've always liked this kid for being open to take on whatever position he can to help the team, but man, he looked bad last night. Specifically on the horrible angle which resulted in a touchdown.

Singleton - Maybe I'm missing some bad things? But every time I notice Singleton on the field, he's hustling to the ball and making plays. I also have extra love for this kid since he committed during the BK era - that's how you know someone really wanted to be a Tiger.

Jayce Brown - Coaches clearly think something is there and they were just feeding him towards the end. To me, he seems like he's got bursts of big play potential but not someone you can count on every down.

Watkins knows how to get open. He just doesn’t know what to do with it when he does

Look for him to get more TD's. Kiffin has used big guys in the backfield before in his previous gigs

I know the coaches have been playing him because he’s ahead of Berry in pass protection, but he looked really good toting the rock last night too. Great to see Berry getting some work, we saw flashes of his potential. And before anyone says, but it was McNeese, I don’t feel like we ran for shite against anyone for the last several years other than JD.

Gage has made his case for more time and carries. We'll have 3 fresh and capable RBs all year.

Jhase Thomas has had his coming out party and is now entrenched as the starter.

Satterwhite has stabilized the OL.

They need to find a way to keep Singleton on the field even after the return of Weeks.

If Mothershed could put on some weight, he could be like Juwan Johnson of the Saints. He'd be a matchup nightmare.

Watkins needs to make the jugs machine his best friend.

The craziest part of Watkins is he catches the hard balls and drops the easy ones...

Dude is out there fielding punts (in more than one game). I don't think want to or attitude is an issue with this fella, He is young, and raw. I'd question his processing right now, but not his talent or desire.

I don't agree with your analysis of Longstreet. I thought he looked great last night. He will be a starting QB somewhere next season.

earned a look for sure. The things that stood out really aren't things you can chalk up to lack of competition. He made two great plays on two very poorly thrown balls by Clark.

The blocking is just a very small part of what has held him back. Listen to Kiffin's press conference after the game. He needs to hit the hole, go north and south, not try and run around people. Kiffin cites lack of competition in HS for developing this habit; if you were an everydayer, you would have known this 2 years ago.

He has look good, but LB's should be judged when the opposing offense has a run/pass compliment. A&M nor McNeese could not throw the ball. Playing LB is like shooting fish in a barrel when you know where the ball is going.

Can you cover?
Can you defend a mobile QB?
Can you find the ball & play through the motions and fakes?

I doubt this one. I think he’ll be benched for Bordelon and vice versa before this season is over. What is up with Harper?
