A university only has to claim any benefits provided to athletes is to facilitate their education and the NCAA cannot assert it is a violation.

Dodge Chargers aren’t related to education. It allows schools to purchase laptops, paid internships, travel for learning.. ect

This isn't what the schools want. If they define it as a part of education, they will need to provide it to all athletes.

Creative coaches will claim those hardworking young men who sweat while we sit in airconditioned rooms will need a means of transportation to get to their assigned class rooms. The ruling is not limited to specific items.

I think he’s already been eating. Others will get to openly do it now, too, so it may not be so great for LSU.

Did they define "Learning"?

If not anything could be offered as "learning"

We are buying this Dodge Charger for our student athletes so they can learn how payments are made, budgets are created to pay, and how much they can afford.

The school will be paying for the Charges and so the student athlete can learn these skills they will need in the future.

See it is "Learning"

Hot take on the SCOTUS opinion.
