As a DC his father knows the coordinator carries the big stick for his son's future. Toss up? I'd say the slightest of edges for Denbrock, however he's only OC'd like 2 years in his career.
Bearcats have the hometown/closer and personal ties advantage, we have the "best" path to starting and brand advantage. Yes, brand and exposure do matter. If you're the hero of the game against Miami-OH you'll get a couple of sound bites, but every scout takes notice if you're the hero of a win over U of Miami at Jerry World.
