BK has assembled the strongest staff in LSU FB history. The recruiters have been unbelievable so dar. The analyst are the most solid we’ve had ever. Next… BK needs more Gordons to help with NIL. In his short time here BK has built a juggernaut. How can you not be impressed?

Of course its the strongest staff in FB history. Look at all of the championships they brought to LSU.

Not everything happening currently is the best something ever.

2019
Dave Arranda Joe Brady, Mickey Joseph, Corey Raymond, Kevin Fulk. And the guy that ran the thing who had the accent.

You realize we once had the two guys that were playing each other for a national championship on the same staff along with another national championship winning coach?

When you look at the coaching staff of LSU’s 2003 team, it’s no wonder the Tigers won the BCS national championship that year.
That staff included three current SEC head coaches along with one former member of that group — Alabama’s Nick Saban (sorry, LSU fans), Texas A&M’s Jimbo Fisher, South Carolina’s Will Muschamp and Tennessee’s Derek Dooley. And even though Dooley’s time with the Volunteers was a disappointment, he’s back in the league circle as Missouri’s offensive coordinator.
Lance Thompson and Stacey Searels were also on that staff

in hindsight, LSU 2003 was pretty legendary

Saban’s 2004 staff with Muschamp, Jimbo, Kirby Smart, Dooley, and a bunch of other future long term NFL and SEC coaches takes a gigantic shite on that staff. Aranda was one of our best coaches ever at LSU but Joseph and Faulk weren’t that good at all, Brady was fired and the rest of his career is a question mark, and Raymond wasn’t retained by BK and doesn’t really have anything on his resume outside of LSU. 2019 isn’t anywhere near 2004 yet and probably won’t ever be

He was at Georgia for a while. Any idea where he is nowadays?
Great and underrated coach.

Saban had a staff absolutely loaded when he was here

Searels was at UGA over 10 yrs ago (2007-10). He's since coached at Texas, VA Tech, Miami, and is currently at UNC

Yep. But it's amazing how many threads we see mentioning the "best of all time" related to LSU being something current for most things, although the University has been around since 1860.

It’s strong but I’m not sold on Denbrock at all.

Rant in full hype mode. Some Rantards will be in total shock when we struggle or lose a game next year.
