One reason is because teams avoided Fulton like the plague.

It’s mind boggling. One more reason among many how rare and special this season has been. Incredible in its own right yet just another piece in a tidal wave of awards and dominance.

Fulton was abused by no one.

He got beat like 4 times all year maybe? Twice against Texas and twice against Clemson

Yeah I don't know what that dude was talking about. You're bound to have receivers catch balls on you here and there when you're on an island. Everyone seeks like this Perfection that is not real for DBs. Fulton did a great job

Actually, teams were much more likely to target Fulton than Stingley. Stingley played almost every play this season and had very few targets. OC's were much more likely to test Fulton. Not a knock on Fulton, but Stingley is an exceptional talent.

Might've seemed that way but Fulton allowed 5 catches on 11 targets for 60 yards and was cheated out of an int

Truly amazing for a freshman. We have been truly blessed this season, and spoiled, with what we've been able to witness. People need to cherish this instead of worrying about all the other things people seem to be worrying about right now.

The Odell situation will work itself out. The DC situation will work itself out. The offensive situation will work itself out. We need to be enjoying this historical season we were just able to witness and be thankful for it.

He’s that guy who has only really watched one game this year and saw Fulton get beat a few times against Clemson and assumed it’s happened all year.

We had two shutdown corners all year and it was awesome.

Most idiotic award ever.

Bo Nix over an AP All-American.

Really puts into perspective the level of moron most sportswriters are.
