Young and still learning at several positions. This one was tough to take for me and mine. Imagine how they feel as players.

The world is not ending and the sun will rise tomorrow and the LSU Tigers will still be my team. This makes all of the great wins in the recent past all the sweeter because its SO fricking hard to do what we have done over the last few years.

How many fans here remember the bad years? My bet is alot of you. We are bowl eligible and hopefully, will finish the season well. Sure, we have some issues to resolve on offense but we will be fine.

LSU's defense played a great ballgame and deserves recognition for their effort. They just couldn't overcome the offensive gifts to Alabama.

Real heartbreaker for our team. There is no reason to tear them down anymore than they are probably doing to themselves.

Just who in the hell else are ya gonna pull for?

ETA: I'm also pulling for the SEC to play for it all.

GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!

Agree. I'm currently sitting in my own house with my Bama fan wife and 7 of her Bama fan friends, and I realized that no one can say that we got our asses kicked. They gave it everything. Blocking that field goal was all heart. p.s. Julio Jones is a man.

Great effort tigers! We could not be more proud of you. To take the number 1 team in the country to overtime is quite a feat. I for one am proud to be a tiger fan and proud to have Les Miles as our coach

Defense played best game of the year. Peterson and Chris Hawkins held their own. OL consistently made holes for backs

If you are not proud of the LSU Tigers tonight, then you are not a LSU fan.

Agreed. They played their hearts out. All of the posters calling for the entire coaching staff to get fired need to get a grip.

We all knew this was going to be a tough year..

Honestly, I thought we would lose this one so I am very happy that we took it to overtime. It just itsn't our year for an NC. As always, I'm proud of the Tigers!

The defense played as good as you would have hoped. Keiland, charles and lafell had great games. A dropped pass here and a erratic throw there took them out of it. But overall the team played hard and that is all you can ask.

I seem to remember a TD preseason poll that most of us were predicting 2-3 losses. You can't win the SEC and a NC every year.

That's what makes it so Sweet when you do!
