Agree, Bama's only merit is that they didn't get run off the field in theire previous meeting with LSU. Other than that, they've beaten Arky and a pretty mediocre Penn State Team. ...

He's right in a way. The best thing on Alabama's resume is that they didn't get skull drug by LSU. They have no real merit to stand on other than that, and I guess that may be enough to get them into the BCSNC.

I've said it before. I'd pay extra to just have the game and field microphones. Only announcer I want to hear is the stadium play by play guy...

The DA decides what to charge people with, not the police. The police do not get to charge the players once this matter goes to court, so I would think that the quote itself is a little premature....
