Isn't pretty much their entire defensive backfield injured? They aren't the same team we played.

As opposed to losing that game? LSU Football can't control who our opponents play and how those games end up. But they can control OUR game. And they won. So, yes. I feel good about winning that game.

Gotta love tRant.

August: Texas is overrated! They're not back! We're going to kick their arse!

November: OMG, what's wrong with Texas?! They're losing to other teams besides us! They're hurting our strength of schedule by a negligible margin!

No, I would have felt better if we had lost! Oh and you’re an idiot! Does it really matter as long as we keep winning?

If you have been paying attention to how bad they looked against Kansas and TCU.. you already knew they had no chance to get back to the B12 title game. They are going 7-5 at best in an mediocre to average league. It’s not a quality win anymore.

It was still a fantastic win no matter what has happened to Texas.

Going into Texas and giving them their fist loss was not easy

Herman not doing us any favors.
tell that to Houston and east Texas recruits.
In the meantime, we need no favors in terms of schedule. Alabama, UF, Auburn top anything out there to this point.

Which part is silly? Many posters felt we would handle Texas easily. One even said he was more worried about Utah State than Texas.

Now the OP starts this thread. The coaching changes board also has two threads speculating about Herman's future, started by LSU fans.

I live in the Houston area and beating Texas is a big deal. UT fans are arrogant with nothing to back them up. What will be better though is beating the snot out of the Gaggies

I feel great about every win LSU puts on the board.

We are freaking undefeated and still have people looking for dark clouds.

sheesh

It's still a road victory against a power 5 team that will be going to a bowl so lets not pretend it was a home victory against UMass.

Damn right I do.

10-0 last I checked.
Anyone else see anything other than a 0 behind our wins number?

We just need to finish aggie off and plant the LSU flag in Tejas.

Already Alabama State Champs; we need to add Texas State Champs to the resume.
