He does. He is a good man. I always hated it
when people here talked trash about him.

His resume really is most impressive. The Wow factor is there for this Tiger fan. God bless you, Steve Ensminger.

Explain why it was time? He could continue and the team would be fine. It's certainly not his lack of ableness but simply time for him to rest - I can't imagine losing your daughter the night of that big game. What a Tiger!

He did a great job for the most part with a transfer Qb but depleted roster is on the coaches. So im not really going to give him credit for a situation he helped create. Esp considering his offenses blew against teams with a pulse outside of last year.

his success was in part due to the most elite collection of offensive talent to ever grace a college campus at the same time.

We sold our souls for last year.

And to be honest, I truly believe Orgeron puts it together again.

I think we are likely to be a 5 loss, three loss, 15-0 team as long as he's here.

And I'm actually okay with it

Brady did it with many of the same guys that Ensminger had the year prior. Someone please answer... Why was Ensminger not considered for best assistant coach award? Why was Ensminger not offered a NFL coaching job? Why did no one fear another school enticing him to leave for big money? Please name one other football program that would consider him for a OC position? Possibly a nice guy, but was never a decent OC at any point in his career. Terminated by each employer, with the exception of his friend Orgeron, who also never had previous success on his resume.

Probably because Burrow wasn't playing at a high level until late in 2018. He wasn't on the team prior to Fall practice.

2019 Burrow would have lit up 2018. There's no doubt Brady added to the offense, but Burrow would have still had a phenomenal year.

CEO has said in public appearences that after getting trucked by Bama in 2018 29-0 he told Steve to open it up and the results the last 4 games were substantial for Burrow.

The year prior, 2018, they were mostly all first year starters. Brady got to walk into a table already set with experienced talent. 2018 set that table.

ETA: just like 2020’s lumps will set the table for the next couple of years.

I think the offense would be fine next year with E, but I also believe its time to move toward the future.

He did a good job with what he had this season, but modern offenses require a little more creativity. I'm never going to bash E like some do, he gave it the best he had.

He’s 62 and been in the coaching grind for 38 years. You think it’s gullible to believe the reports that he could’ve stayed had he wanted? You think it’s gullible to think he’s ready to let go some of the demands of coaching in the NCAA?

That was tough to watch knowing the circumstances.
