He shouldn’t give a shite what anyone else thinks of him. Put together a good offense next season and everyone that’s complaining (myself included) will be kissing his arse.

Let this sink in: We have an AD whom no one else would hire, who hired a head coach whom no one else would hire who just hired an OC whom no one else would hire.

This coaching staff, administration, and team is so butt hurt over the criticism this hire has brought.

Him saying he doesn't care what people say on social media isn't being arrogant, it's not being a thin-skinned pussy. Or would you rather have an insecure OC. I swear you people are impossible to please. Had he said he did read what the world was saying about him and it bothered him, you would say he is insecure and can't believe we hired a coach so unsure of himself

I do not like the hire, but i do like ensminger and good for him standing up for himself like that.
