I have no idea why anyone would downvote this, it is nothing but the hard truth.

It's really funny when you juxtapose that with O's Twitter blocking people left and right.

It's funny you think O monitors and manages his twitter account. He's not Donald trump, he pays someone to do this.

Of course he does and DP is following O's orders when he's blocking everyone. At least he's not challenging reporters to fights anymore.

Well honestly. I don't want the guy who took the job to be concerned with what we think

That would be even scarier. It's not his fault O is an idiot

I would E would believe in himself

Him saying he doesn't care what people say on social media isn't being arrogant, it's not being a thin-skinned pussy. Or would you rather have an insecure OC. I swear you people are impossible to please. Had he said he

Except the way he said it seemed an awful lot like he was bothered. And he seemed pretty insecure to me.

And, so Steve, why didn't you save the University $3 million dollars and petition for the job last year??? That's what I thought....

The arrogance coming from the Lsu coaching staff is disgusting

Take a look around on LSU Message boards. Fans are WAY more arrogant and self entitled than these guys.

none of this matters, what matters is the product he puts on the field next year. If the offense struggles, CEO will throw him under the bus and then it will be on

Exactly. All of this melting and attitude from Message board fans gets them no where. If the offense doesn’t work, the coaching staff will be replaced. There’s no changing it. Let’s see what happens and if it turns out how everyone expects, the wheels will be rolling to make changes.

He sounded like any 59 year old would if someone asked them about their feelings on social media comments at a press conference. It's a stupid question. If Saban had said the exact same thing, people would laugh.

This needs to go away. Saban and Belichick have earned things that other coaches have not.

It's a stupid question.

Asking a coach how they respond to criticism isn't stupid. They may all answer it the same way, but Ensminger came off very defensive and you can say he wasn't bothered by the criticism. I say he clearly was.

While I applaud his blinders, the reality that he doesn't do twitter or any social media is telling of the gap between our geriatric staff portion and the potential players we receruit..

They've earned the right to call out stupid questions? Ensminger is 59 years old, I think he knows what a stupid question is and what isn't.

They asked him how he responds to criticism on social media. He said he isn't on social media and doesn't care. He responded as anyone his age would. And why should he care? Would that help him do a better job to second guess the choices he makes because of the hot takes on the internet?

Give the man a chance. Focus on those things you can change at this time and know what things you have no chance of changing at this time. If he fails, then start bitching again. For now, support the team and the players. All of this controversy will not help recruiting. If recruiting starts to slip (and I see no real evidence of this at this time), then it will not matter what the coaching staff looks like.

Aranda 41
Ensminger 59
Cregg 44
D Johnson 30
Joseph 49
Raymond 48
Robinson 55
Moffitt 54
Sullivan 73

One coach would be defined as "old" for a coach
