In the last 9 seasons under Les Miles (including 2016), only twice (2010 and 2011) did LSU finish the season ranked higher than their pre-season ranking in the AP poll. I'm sure you're looking at top 5 recruiting classes in most, if not all, of those seasons as well.

Big picture...HBC is correct.

Not that it matters because it's a joke and he does this with everyone. Lighten up.

LSU has under-performed expectations with the biggest gap between Roster Talent (2016 Top 3, 2nd in SEC) and Won/Loss record. USCe is 9th in the SEC in Roster Talent.

The USCe game in 2015 is when JD Moore went down 1st QTR, LSU went spread, up-tempo, running 83 plays. It opened up the Offense and Guice, Fournette, and Harris all had a huge game.

Although the SEC gets the most Talent the ACC passed them as the strongest Conference: "How the ACC used coaches, quarterbacks to overtake the SEC in 2016".

Sometimes the truth is a bitter pill to swallow year-after-year.

People act like we go 6-6 every season, we win as much as anybody except Bama.... just like everyone else in that respect. We win more than most but get less credit for it because everyone hangs their beat Bama hopes on LSU

Moscona spent 15 min talking about it but had spend 12 of them explaining who Spurrier was in great detail.

You obviously weren't there. We were favored by 3 but they were #3 and we were #9. It was a huge victory.

Beat their asses all over the field physically, just sucked at scoring that year.

Just looked at whole schedule and yea we only scored more than 24 against Ole Miss and MSU in SEC Play. Clemson loss was a glaring national example of not scoring 'enough'. Thanks for making me see that.

He's just stating the obvious.
Don't see how that's objectionable.
That's why we just hired a coach with a very good career record

I need a sideways arrow for that comment. I could not give it an up vote or a down vote...haha.

When the team you coach gave up 625 total yards and gained about 250 the last time they played LSU, it's probably best the coach keep his mouth shut.

Although there is some truth there (though we still won games at a pretty good rate), you know it drives him nuts that he quit after getting throttled by LSU with Miles.
