What is Kelly's record 1st game of season or vs top teams on the road?

Their front 7 vs our O Line. Plus Clemson is at home.

"2 season opener losses was an anomaly. 3 losses became a pattern."

I know you are referring to Kelly specifically but as a fan base...

Wish it was only 3. Last time LSU won an Opener my daughter was in the 8th grade.
She is a Sophomore in College now...
Its freaking embarrassing....

Seems like it should be a pick em

Clemson is at home. If LSU was at home we would be the favorite...if this was a neutral site THEN it would pretty much be a pick em.

What gives?

Might take a gander at LSU vs season openers as of late…

DJ Chester along with a line that has not played together. It’s amazing how many people discount line cohesiveness. We lacked that last year with two really good tackles. Brad Davis is not doing a good job of “coaching the guys up”

We are not beating Clemson at home, at night. New OL and a lot of new faces on both sides of the ball. Close one, but Clemson wins from 6 to 8 points. CBK's seat gets warmer..

They lost two games at home last year, stop acting like it's impossible

Good. Hope it goes to Clemson favored by 17.5.
If that happens, I'm heading to Lake Charles.

The season is getting closer and people are now paying attention.Their roster is great and they are playing at home against a team that hasn’t won an opener since 2019.

That's surface level knowledge. Real degenerate gamblers like me would go way further. Like the fact Clemson was outgained in yardage last year by: Pitt by 100, SMU by 150, Georgia by 300, Scar by 20, Texas by 90

Or the fact Clemson finished 83rd in rushing yards allowed per game, or 70th in total yards allowed per game.

If we can finally contain a running QB, I like our odds. Klubnik sure as shite isn’t beating us with his arm. Go look at his passing stats against any team with a pulse. Texas doesn’t count because they were basically knocked out in the first half.

LSU's question marks at OLine. Clemson is getting more hype about their team. I would rather be the underdog in this game. Let the media hype up Clemson as much as possible.
