If girl's field hockey is your money maker, then I surprised you can even field a football team! Your stadium holds about 16,000 right?
I guess the sarcasm went right over your head.
We averaged 26,000 in a stadium that holds 16,500 last year. SRO on the hill and cramming the student section made up the difference.
Expansion to 22,000 seats this year, we will probably average close to 30,000. Not good for BCS conferences, but a lot more than some of the smaller I-A conferences average.

What level was NC State (23-10) and Kansas (36 - 8) when they beat you, oh All Knowing, All Seeing Guru of Division 1AA Football? Please bless me with another one of you unbiased, crystal-clear comparisons.
N.C. State was played before Armanti Edwards became a starter. (See Oregon without Dixon)
Kansas was a bad day for the Mountaineers. We drove to 1st and goal from the three on the opening drive, only to fumble. The next drive we missed a short field goal. They then took control of the game opening up a 13-0 halftime lead.

Why are we trying to denegrate a FCS teams fanbase, again? I think I am more than ready for the season to start.

If there's one team I don't mind losing to in the SoCon it's GASouthern. They've won a total of 6 national championships. Pretty good program IMO
That's great. LSU 3, GAS 6
It's like winning 3 gold medals in the Olympics or 6 gold medals in the Special Olympics.

And in the unlikely event ASU pulls this one off, Les Miles should be fired on the spot.
So basically Appy is so pathetically Bad that every coach your team happens to beat, should be fired on the spot?

What is Appy St's all time record vs DIA schools?
Honest question, I have no idea.

Not every team, the top of the SEC and top BCS teams. Come on, you guys are defending national champs and play at the top of the SEC.

ASU is not pathetically bad, but I'm willing to put the fun aside here long enough to say they (and you) are still I-A and a top 5 team. HC is responsible for what does/does not happen and that loss cost UM any chance of a NC. We lost to Wofford and Georgia Southern but still won our NC. You guys lost two and still won the NC. Their loss was equal parts lack of preparation, not understanding our capabilities and simple arrogance. Carr was in trouble before that game and I was surprised they let him finish the season.

Get real. App. State will be lucky to score 10 points against LSU.
A healthy, rested LSU is a VERY scary thing on a football field.
Come gametime, I can guarantee you two things... App. State will be ready to play a ballgame... and LSU will be ready to annihilate.
App. State will not be prepared for or be able to withstand the physical beating LSU will deliver to them. The thing that makes LSU unique among teams is that it looks forward to physically beating other teams... and does it with unparalleled enthusiasm and effectiveness.
It will happen again against App. State.
My serious prediction for this game: LSU 45, App State, 3.
I concur, kinda of like the VT game.
Prediction: 42-10 Give points and take LSU

Not sure about total, but I know that App v/s UM was the first time EVER a D-II team had beaten a RANKED D-1 team.

theres never been a div-II team to beat a ranked D-IA team. BUT, there was a D-IAA team that beat a ranked D-IA team last year.
