Not Paul’s fault, but Fontenot did not look good Thursday, either. Given a five run lead he gave up a run and had bases loaded. He looked good the 8th inning, but crappy in the nonth.

He had over a 6 ERA in 2018. He was good in 2019 and really good last year before the season was cancelled. He has not been the same pitcher this year. Has has lost control and cannot locate anything

I’m glad I didn’t start watching until the 5th. I started following the thread in the 4th. I won’t watch until the 7th in the second game.

I can't bring myself to get too up or too down about this team outside of the 3rd game vs UK. You just never know what they're going to do. They could win or lose the next 10 games and neither would surprise me.

I haven’t been this pissed at a loss this year. We had this game, but he had to go to Fontenot. You can move my name from the “hope he retires crowd” onto the “I hope they fire his arse list”. Plenty of guys available to get 3 outs there but he had to get cute with Fontenot. Did you not see enough Thursday?

We probably have a pretty decent idea of what they are. Better than their record, but probably middle of the conference. There are a lot of good teams in conference. I think we make regionals, going to have to be a good draw to make it to a super. It’s a tough team for those emotionally invested. I don’t blame people for outbursting on the rant. I actually kind of enjoy reading it.
