It took putting Fontenot in today to sway you?

I was done when he went Kaminer & George last weekend

I couldn’t watch last Sunday. I was at a birthday party. And I’m going to church for my boys first communion today. So I won’t be able to quench my anger with bourbon.

LSU baseball=Pelicans basketball

I think the best question ever asked would be which team is less clutch. Both are absolute dog shite in clutch situations.

They showed them every 5 seconds during the 2009 CWS

Closer and fielding issue have been noted. Hitting also shares the blame.

Other than yesterday’s game, 2 runs would not have won any of our other SEC games this year.

Unfortunately LSU's loss in this game resulted from the nemesis that has plagued the team all season. They can't make those clutch hits, and their bullpen is suspect.....at best.

To sum it up.....they can't hit and they don't have the cannons at the mound and in the bullpen.

Having said that, the Volunteers of Tennessee sits in 2nd place in the SEC-East at 9-4. Gamecocks in 3rd place at 9-5.

The problem with this is we DO have guys that should have came in after Labas. Maineiri fails to read the pattern with Fontenot. We could have brought in Edwards, Money, or Hellmers. And whoever came in could have even given you your start in the next game.

Yep. But when you gather all the factors needed to make a judgement as to whether a team has what it takes to make a championship run, coaching (or lack thereof) must be included.

IMO Mainieri is a small ball coach. A small ball coach even as it applies to the physical size of players he recruits. I mean you can't help but notice LSU players appear to be undersized relative to the other team. Heck I'll say it. You can even notice it on television. South Caroline got muscle on them arms and bulk. LSU? Not so much. Where's the beef?

Pitching? Well that's another problem. Not enough cannons IMO.

Downvote away pilgrims.
