1. SEC umps haven't consistently called strikes on the corners all season long. Not sure why you guys still think we'll get those calls.
2. If your new pitcher can groove a strike on the first pitch instead of throwing it 3 feet out of the zone, he's much more likely to get a close 2nd pitch called a strike versus another ball.
This is pretty basic baseball stuff. Not sure why you guys are acting like this is new.
